CAPTAINAI SERVICE TERMS

These Product-Specific Terms apply to your use of CaptainAI. These terms supplement the Alnair Studio Master Terms of Service.

01 SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CaptainAI is an AI-powered educational tool designed to assist users in exam preparation through document analysis and interactive feedback.

Subscription Models: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via our payment processor (Airwallex).
No Refund Policy: Due to the immediate availability of AI computing resources and digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, except as required by applicable law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Technical Limits: Users may upload documents (PDF, etc.) up to a maximum size of 25MB per file. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to ensure system stability.
Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- (i) Contains highly sensitive personal data, government secrets, or classified military information;
- (ii) Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- (iii) Contains software viruses, malware, or other malicious code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- (iv) Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload or submit such content to the Service.
Right to Remove: Alnair Studio reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for all content you upload to CaptainAI.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your uploaded materials.

Accuracy: AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may contain "hallucinations" or factual errors. CaptainAI is a study aid, not an official certification body.
No Guarantee of Success: We do not guarantee that using this service will lead to specific exam scores or professional outcomes.
Service Stability: While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be interrupted due to maintenance or third-party API (e.g., Google Gemini) outages. Alnair Studio is not liable for any data loss or study delays caused by such interruptions.
