CAPTAINAI PRIVACY ADDENDUM

This Privacy Addendum ("Addendum") applies specifically to the use of CaptainAI, a product owned and operated by Alnair Studio. This document supplements the Alnair Studio Master Privacy Policy.

01 ADDITIONAL DATA COLLECTION

In addition to the general data outlined in our Master Policy, CaptainAI collects the following information to provide personalized AI exam preparation services:

  • Professional Profile Data: Aircraft type, current company, job title, and target companies/career goals.
  • User-Uploaded Content: Educational materials, including but not limited to question banks, reference documents, and study guides uploaded for AI analysis.
  • Interaction Data: Full logs of your conversations with the AI, including questions asked, feedback provided (Likes/Dislikes), and learning progress analytics.

02 AI PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • AI Engine: CaptainAI utilizes Google Gemini for natural language processing.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your personally identifiable input data or uploaded documents to train our global AI models. Your data is processed via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embedding techniques to provide context-aware responses solely for your account.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA) to monitor site traffic and improve user experience.
  • Payments: All financial transactions are securely processed via Airwallex. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

03 DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

  • Account Deletion: Upon your request to delete your account, your personal profile information (Name, Email) will be permanently erased.
  • Anonymized Interaction Logs: To improve our AI's accuracy and service quality, your conversation logs and feedback will be retained in an anonymized (de-identified) format that cannot be traced back to you.

04 LEGAL BASIS (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

For users in the EEA, the processing of your professional profile and uploaded content is based on Contractual Necessity—we require this data to generate the specific exam preparation feedback you requested.
